1. Il servizio
Gapsi è un'app gratuita per condividere il tuo orario settimanale con gli amici e trovare il tempo libero in comune. È un progetto personale e non commerciale di Stefano Nebbia (ciao@gapsi.app). Usando Gapsi accetti questi termini e l'Informativa privacy.
2. Chi può usarla
Devi avere almeno 16 anni. L'account è personale: usa dati veri, non creare account a nome di altri e custodisci la password. Se pensi che qualcuno usi il tuo account, cambiala e scrivici.
3. Regole d'uso
Su Gapsi non puoi:
- molestare, minacciare, insultare o discriminare altre persone;
- pubblicare contenuti illegali, violenti, sessuali o che incitano all'odio;
- fingerti un'altra persona o usare foto di altri senza permesso;
- diffondere dati personali di altri (orari, foto, contatti) senza il loro consenso;
- inviare spam o usare l'app per fare pubblicità;
- tentare di accedere ai dati di altri, aggirare i limiti o disturbare il servizio, anche con programmi automatici.
4. I tuoi contenuti
Orario, messaggi, foto e gli altri contenuti restano tuoi. Ci dai solo il permesso di conservarli e di mostrarli alle persone che scegli, per far funzionare l'app. Il permesso finisce quando li cancelli o elimini l'account, tranne per i messaggi scritti nei gruppi di altri, che restano senza autore come spiega l'informativa. Sei responsabile di ciò che pubblichi.
5. Segnalazioni e moderazione
Puoi bloccare e segnalare un utente dall'app, oppure segnalare un contenuto illegale a ciao@gapsi.app spiegando di cosa si tratta e perché. Esaminiamo le segnalazioni senza ritardo. Se un contenuto o un comportamento viola questi termini o la legge possiamo rimuovere il contenuto, limitare o chiudere l'account. Te lo comunichiamo con il motivo, salvo che la legge lo vieti, e puoi contestare la decisione scrivendoci.
6. Disponibilità
Gapsi è in fase di test: può cambiare, fermarsi per qualche tempo o contenere errori. Lo forniamo così com'è e facciamo il possibile per tenerlo sicuro e funzionante. Se dovessimo chiudere il servizio, ti avviseremo almeno 30 giorni prima, così potrai esportare i tuoi dati.
7. Responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo dei danni indiretti né dell'uso che altri utenti fanno delle informazioni che scegli di condividere con loro. Nulla in questi termini limita i diritti che la legge ti riconosce come consumatore o la nostra responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave.
8. Costi
Al momento Gapsi è gratuita. Se introdurremo funzioni o abbonamenti a pagamento te lo comunicheremo nell'app con anticipo, e vedrai prezzo e condizioni prima di qualsiasi acquisto.
9. Chiusura dell'account
Puoi eliminare l'account quando vuoi dal Profilo (come fare). Possiamo chiudere un account che viola questi termini in modo grave o ripetuto.
10. Modifiche
Se cambiamo questi termini aggiorniamo versione e data in alto; per le modifiche importanti ti avvisiamo nell'app prima che entrino in vigore.
11. Legge applicabile
Si applica la legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore, per le controversie è competente il giudice del luogo in cui risiedi.
Terms of Service
1. The service
Gapsi is a free app to share your weekly schedule with friends and find free time in common. It is a personal, non-commercial project by Stefano Nebbia (ciao@gapsi.app). By using Gapsi you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 16. Your account is personal: use real details, do not create accounts in someone else's name and keep your password safe. If you think someone is using your account, change it and write to us.
3. Rules
On Gapsi you may not:
- harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against other people;
- post illegal, violent or sexual content, or content that incites hatred;
- pretend to be someone else or use other people's photos without permission;
- spread other people's personal data (schedules, photos, contacts) without their consent;
- send spam or use the app for advertising;
- try to access other people's data, get around limits or disrupt the service, including with automated tools.
4. Your content
Your schedule, messages, photos and other content remain yours. You only allow us to store them and show them to the people you choose, to make the app work. This ends when you delete them or your account, except for messages written in other people's groups, which stay without an author as the Privacy Policy explains. You are responsible for what you post.
5. Reports and moderation
You can block and report a user in the app, or report illegal content to ciao@gapsi.app, explaining what it is and why. We review reports without delay. If content or behaviour breaks these terms or the law we may remove the content, or restrict or close the account. We tell you why, unless the law forbids it, and you can contest the decision by writing to us.
6. Availability
Gapsi is being tested: it may change, stop for a while or contain errors. We provide it as is and do our best to keep it safe and working. If we ever close the service, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can export your data.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for what other users do with the information you choose to share with them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Cost
Gapsi is currently free. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions we will tell you in the app in advance, and you will see their price and terms before any purchase.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile (how). We may close an account that breaks these terms seriously or repeatedly.
10. Changes
If we change these terms we update the version and date at the top; for important changes we tell you in the app before they apply.
11. Governing law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live are competent for disputes.
