Eliminare l'account Gapsi
Dall'app: tocca la tua foto in alto a destra, poi Elimina account e conferma. L'eliminazione è immediata.
Senza l'app: scrivi a ciao@gapsi.app dall'indirizzo email del tuo account, indicando il tuo username. Eliminiamo l'account entro 30 giorni e ti confermiamo via email.
Prima di eliminarlo puoi scaricare una copia dei tuoi dati: foto in alto a destra, poi Esporta i miei dati.
Cosa viene eliminato
Account, profilo, foto, orario ed eccezioni, amicizie e condivisioni, colori, chat singole, voti ai sondaggi, reazioni, feedback, token per le notifiche, gli orari condivisi che hai creato e i gruppi che hai creato, con la loro chat.
Cosa resta
I messaggi scritti nei gruppi di altri restano visibili agli altri membri, ma senza autore. Le segnalazioni che hai inviato restano senza collegamento a te. Eventuali copie di sicurezza tecniche del fornitore dell'infrastruttura (Supabase) vengono sovrascritte con la loro normale rotazione.
Delete your Gapsi account
In the app: tap your photo at the top right, then Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
Without the app: email ciao@gapsi.app from your account's address with your username. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Before deleting it you can download a copy of your data: photo at the top right, then Export my data.
What is deleted
Account, profile, photo, schedule and exceptions, friendships and shares, colors, one-to-one chats, poll votes, reactions, feedback, push tokens, the shared times you created and the groups you created, with their chat.
What stays
Messages you wrote in other people's groups stay visible to their members, without an author. Reports you filed stay without a link to you. Any technical backups kept by our infrastructure provider (Supabase) are overwritten as part of their normal rotation.
